Hey beautiful love your hair. I’m seeking advice I’ve started to notice my hair at the back is starting to thin and as much as I’ve done the big chops going bald, having hair start disappearing like that is new to me. I’m not stressed I workout and have a healthy lifestyle. Is there any tips you can give me. One thing I can say what’s changed in maintenance is wearing a bonnet every night to be and I never used to I would just anyhow but now since wearing it my back hair is thinning and I’m sure bonnets are meant to protect. So sorry for the long message but please help ❤
