Style on the Go | Introducing FC-60B & FC-120B 

I just picked one of these up at Unique Photo in New Jersey. It comes with a Bowens adapter; oddly the umbrella mount on the adapter does not line up with the umbrella mount on the built-in light stand mount so I have to remove it. Too bad, because the forward mount of the Bowens adapter helps balance the load. The ad mentions a V-mount battery adapter, but at the time I bought this the adapter was out of stock in the US and the rep thought it had been discontinued. I ordered one anyways, and hope it comes. The design of the handle and battery mount is unfortunate. It is an awkward shape, and there is no way to combine it with the light in a space efficient way. I would have been willing to spend a bit more for a design that let the battery plate clip onto the handle so it could be taken apart and stored more efficiently. The case is an issue. Compared to the size of the light, it is huge. I like compact lights like this, but the size of this case defeats the whole point. They really should fix that handel and then sell it with a (much) smaller padded nylon case. The case this comes with is 16.5" x 10" x 7", but I put it all in an old padded nylon Vanguard camera bag that measures 10" x 7" x 5". That bag is 1/3 the size of the case, and packing it would be even easier if the handle/battery plate could be separated. The main reason I bought this was to act as an emergency spot if I needed it for an event. I have found that many events I photograph have very poor lighting for speakers.

Really hope Nanlite can launch a 150w or 140w rgb light (real 140w RGB, not much lower actual rgb output like some brands), It would be better if 140w PD could be used for power supply. The power supply would be smaller and more portable. I own many Nanlite, Aputure and Zhiyun LEDs I found that the horizontal stripes problem is very serious when Aputure uses the electronic shutter to take pictures and take pictures. The Zhiyun has no horizontal stripe problem and is small in size, making it very suitable for wedding photography. However, I found that 1% output is not really 1%. Although the Zhiyun x100 uses 100w of power at 100% output, it still uses 9w at 1% output. There will be some problems when using it in low light environment
