@@ronaldpettifurd5957 besides being president online im an ironworker by day and I was trying to get a new pair of work pants cause my old carrhearts finally gave out last month and every store I went to I was outnumbered 5 to 1 by people who have no clue what manual labor means and that workwear is not just a "style". I felt out of place buying clothes meant for me man! 🤣
If you find a gas mask at a milsurp establishment, it's likely going to be Russian because many millions were made in the USSR, which has long since dissolved which makes them cheap and plentiful. But for the love of god, don't use them unless you absolutely have to. They work, but you'll be inhaling a whole lot of asbestos too. Just do some research and you'll know what to keep your eyes out for.
Depends on the store but most will have Vietnam clothing, especially stores in the US. WW2 clothing is different though since most countries used wool and that isn’t too popular for clothing now unless you’re doing reenactment
What the Uploader fails to mention, is some military clothing has patches, qualifications badges/tabs and Branches and names. Be very careful to wear them around, because some people has to Earn them through rigorous Trials, and some might assume you served there or earned them yourself. Its safer to wear military clothing without Patches,Names or badges or cut them off youself
@@momazosalejandropig1542 I used a Bundeswehr flecktarn parka as a daily outerwear jacket for a number of years in the Pacific Northwest of the USA. Most uniform clothing is like a cotton/ poly fabric, and it will usually wear pretty decently, and they do typically reinforce wear surfaces like elbows. The sizing can be weird if your ordering clothes from a different country, so knowing the length of your arms, and width of chest is kinda important, also your hat size.
No brother, the vast majority of it is surplus so people turning in their old uniforms and gear or ones that were made and unused. Especially in the United States you are probably never going to find clothes of a Kia, but I have seen a tankers helmet with some bone in it back in Czech. I didn’t buy it because that doesn’t seem right
