How do people wear t-shirt with a hoodie and a jacket at the same time without turning into a sweat pool

I think it depends on the type of Chelsea boot. The ones with the more rounded toe I think look better dressed down. The one with the pointed toe seem to look better dressed up but just my opinion.

I absolutely love layering my hoodies with a jacket/ overcoat and rocking Chelsea boots and jeans. I’m more comfortable rocking them that way than dressing them up. I think that’s simply because I’m personally not a huge fan of wearing boots with slacks. I do on occasions but not often
