The title of this video 'STYY' is an abbreviation of the name of the main character: Shiteyanyo = ShiTeYanYo = STYY. The meaning of her name is "shite yan yo" = (I'm) doing it! Shite=doing; ya=is; n={giving explanation}; yo={!}. So her name means about this: "am doing it, tell'ya!". "Yan" is probably Osaka dialect, so she doesn't seem to be from Sapporo like Miku and her friends.
Among the producers that has given me translation re-upload permits, Ahiru is the one who most clearly and surely lives in Tokyo, probably along the Tokyu Lines somewhere in southwestern Tokyo. Tokyu's old Shibuya station and Tokyu's Toyoko Line trains appeared prominently in 'Ultra-Miku 2', also created by Ahiru.
Among my other producers, I know for sure that NumaP is from Aomori prefecture, and I have some indications that several of the others are from the Kansai area.
