Yes, the educated and most normal people don't believe for vary reasons due to their logic and understanding of laws in the USA and UN - don't have enough time to go some of them. We all know Europeans stole America. All the tribes in America can go to the UN, comply with laws of the UN, complete all the necessary paper work required along with complaints with proof that America was once their land. UN representative can have meetings and take complaints of natives to a UN floor but at the end of the day if the government of America pays no attention the UN cannot do anything. So in relation to Hmong Teb Chaws, I do not disagree with their ambitions or that they may have even done all the necessary work required. But here is the thing, as long as the Laotian people will not give you that piece of land, even if it belonged to the Hmong, Hmong will never be able to settle there. The UN does not have the right to give you a piece of land governed by a sovereign country. UN and others will always say, "We will help you, we will bring your issues to the general assembly, and so forth.but my Hmong people do you get what they are saying to you - do you really understand? UN is saying, if its your piece of land, you need to fight for it with the blood of your children and when you will we the UN will come and protect you as you filled the requirements. Don't misunderstand that the USA and UN will strip that land from the Laotian to give to you - big misunderstanding. UN will always support your cause but they will never take land from a sovereign; if they could, all the people who are not native to America would have been kicked out of America. Hmong Teb Chaws, you people do have the right but you misunderstand since you have no experience playing world politics - what UN say is different than what they will actutally do; it is their job to keep an open mind and it is your job to understand what thety mean whenever they say, "We got your back."

Why don't these guys go and do it themselves stop asking support from hmong. If these guys love hmong why don't they fight to get back the money that some hmong people already give them in the seng case. There was alot of hmong people who lost thousands and thousands of money already. At the end those hmong got nothing back and seng was sent away.
