I am happy that this is happening. This is literally proving K and Ramee's point after talking to Koil and Buddha off stream about EXACTLY these issues. Bro already served the time he supposedly is getting but he still has to wait for the actual trial + get charged for bodies he didn't commit 💀 like bro, give them harbouring a fugitive and let everyone do their thing.. but nah.. let me call judges to make sure we can add more charges! Exactly Judges should be completely separated from PD. They are supposed to be an unbias third party, but if they are the ones recommending all the charges they are no longer unbias or a third party.

The judges basically say it's ok to charge, just as a second safety check to make sure they aren't pushing a charge that doesn't fit or is stacking.

@@cjslaton6715 I don't think any of this is true Kylie has had issues with CG in the past, but largely enjoys RPing with them, she easily could of dipped with ONX with many of her friends, but stuck around. Norman Adams was getting slammed by PD stans in late 3.0 for finding CG innocent on multiple big cases like the Sam Baas murder and Pigeon's weapons trafficking. Crane has been cool with CG for ages and chopped it up with them all the time and actively helped Ramee off-stream with his lawyer arc, to me it's the corrupting influence of MoonMoon combined with some CG hoppers that triggered him on cop that has made him antagonistic. The real issue with all of these people is they haven't fully experienced the crim life, even ones that have dabbled are generally joining strong well established gangs and aren't doing hours upon hours of grinding to build the empire, or risky things with significant consequences that result in multiple days of prison RP; even MoonMoon who seems ok with real consequences just hops characters when things get shitty, but CG has built their brand around the crims they main.

This is real and i dont think people talk about this enough. Its been this same pattern since forever now. Its why everything starts off good and the rp tends to be fun in the beginning, but give it some time and all that shit goes straight to their head. Some of these streamers arent just playing for a couple of hours here, theyre spending 10-12hrs a day, sometimes without days off.

LK is right, there is a problem with cops reaching out to Judges for every little thing. It is on them to comprehend the law and consult with a DA to decide to press certain charges then a judge decides guilty or not guilty. If you are asking judges or judges are telling you to push charges, there’s no point in having a court case as you’ll probably be found guilty unless the PD really screws up when it comes to evidence.

I totally understand having consequences so that big crime doesn't happen everyday but this is to far as it will make no one ever want to do big crime again like seriously ppl want 3 hut charges along with 150k in other crimes for simply helping someone try to get away or medical in Ellie's situation like give me a break.

They're accessory after the fact to prison break not the terrorism and murder. If they were never caught to begin with then yes. But since the got caught and went to jail (even if they haven't been charged) there is no more window for accessory. However the prison break, everyone who habors them can be charged with accessory because technically they're in a constant state of prison break until in custody.

The dude is supposed to be head of all judges and he shouldnt be allowing PD to be hand held by judges or be ordered by judges to charge something. It should be fairly simple. If you help someone evade after the crime but before they are caught and charged it is accessory after the fact, but if someone has been caught and charged and subsequently escapes and you help evade capture at that point it should be harbouring a fugitive. What am I missing here?

This was not stacking lol... Stacking is when you charge more than once for the same thing. Harbouring, terrorism and murder are three different things. An accessory is when you help someone either before or after the crime has taken place, it doesn't matter how long before or after. Suarez should know this lol.
