It’s funny how we grow to love the things we didn’t like as a child. They turn into comforts and memories.

growing up in a house with a dad who was barely there, (and when he was, he spent time sleeping or fighting with my mom) seeing my mom having to do everything alone (take care of two children, work, make food, teach us, etc) and my dad not splitting the chores because its the responsibility of a "woman"- i didnt have the best memories of my parents. After my dad officially left my mom, she became seriously depressed, and became a shell of who she was. It destroyed my view of relationships. Thank you for showing me that not all homes are like that, that healthy relationships exist.

I live in an abusive household, and my whole life has been effected by it. Since i can not be happy at home, im not happy anywhere else. Thank you for showing me another great example of a loving happy family that i wish to create once i move far away from my parents!

In the same world, some parents (both dad and mom) are working 8am-6pm, coming home exhausted, not motivated to cook with joy, having financial problems, not able to spend enough quality time with children but trying to make this up on weekends. I am living with my mother still, I love her a lot but the house is very difficult to be in and hurts my soul. My mother is a very messy person and has a mild hoarding problem. The house makes me sad and stressed and exhausted to be in, so I always escape through your videos and dream for the day when I can move into my own home and cultivate it and make it a place that will fill me with happiness every day. I hope it will be soon... :)

This Title made me cry and it made me realize alot of things .... so the dream i always have is to travel abroad and to live alone ... it’s because i always like silence and loneliness . I hate being surrounded by alot of people but when i read the title i realized that if i am not happy at home where i am surrounded with my parents and siblings who care for me ( no matter how loud they can be and how much we argue ) i will never be happy anywhere else ... its actually sad that sometimes when i argue with one of my siblings i remind them that i am going to leave them as soon as i can ( and i kind of regret saying that now ) this title made me appreciate all the time i spend with my fam at home thank you for reading this stay safe ❤️❤️

I just love your videos. I never had a happy home like this to grow up in. I really struggle sometimes to give my children something that I didn't have. I love how mindful you are and it inspires me to do the same in my home. I'm working towards using little to no waste in my house, and even though we cant change the world we can change our little world in the hopes our children will be able to have a meaningful world. You have been a friend to me and you don't even know it.
