오늘은 정~말 오랜만에 뿌링클을 가지고왔습니당! 뿌링클 스틱, 뿌링치즈볼, 뿌링핫도그, 뿌링감자, 뿌링치즈스틱에 빨간소떡까지~ 살짝 물릴까봐 소떡소떡은 매콤한걸로 주문했는데 탁월한 선택이었어요 희희 뿌링클 닭다리는 정말 크더라구요,, 닭고기도 부들부들한게 너무 맛있었어요😋 겉은 바삭하고 속은 촉촉! 식감도 식감인데 짭쪼름한 뿌링클 가루가 키포인트👏🏻 뿌링뿌링 소스에 찍어먹어도 맛있고 그냥 먹어도 맛있어서 정신없이 흡입했네용 다리로만 먹다가 오늘은 사이드까지 주문해봤는데 역시 뿌링클 is 뭔들...✨ 오늘도 잘 먹었습니당🙏🏻💕 Hello everyone ! This is Boki🤗 It's been a while since I've brought Bburinkle chicken🍗✨ Today, I ordered side dishes as well as chicken! I brought spicy Sotteok Sotteok because I was afraid it would be a little greasy, it was a good choice😊👍🏻 The chicken legs were big and soft. It was really delicious! The texture was the best because it was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. All the food I brought on the side was delicious😋 Enjoy your meal too🙏🏻💕
무 정렬 해놓은거 너무 복희님스럽게 정렬해놔서 웃겼어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 귀여워ㅠㅠ 뿌링 핫도그는 일반 핫도그들에 비해 진짜 쫀득해 보이네요 맛있겠다... 그리고 복희님 먹는 방식은 언제봐도 천재같아요 어케 소떡 꼬치에 그렇게 맛난 조합으로 먹으실 생각을 하는지 참ㅜㅡ 분명 치킨 먹방을 보러왔는데 사이드 메뉴들을 너무 맛있게 드시니까 그쪽으로 눈이 가네요 희희 이번 음식들이 너무 맛있으셨는지 콜라를 거의 마지막 쯤에야 많이 드시네요ㅎㅎ
I'm watching this video when I'm doing a diet and it's really helpful for me, because when I'm watching this, I'm hungry, but once the video is over, I have the feeling that I have already eaten and I'm not hungry anymore! I send you a lot of love from France 🇨🇵❤️
@@haruko3143 hey don't go on complex dites okay !! Because I have done complex dites and it lead me to getting weaker but no effect . 🖤 Just do this if u want !! . . Eat your daily meals but see proportion , instead of 3 big meals a day eat 5 small meals . . Drink lots of water because it keeps your stomach full and you won't feel hungry ✌🏻 . . Take a proper balanced dite food with balanced amounts of protein and carbs . . Workout once a day atlesat 💫 it will not only reduce weight but also gives you energy 🥺 . . I just want to say is eat what you want but see the quantity u are eating 🙂 . But cut excess sugar and salt and avoid milk tea's because they have caffeine which will make your brain system a bit slow ( idk to be honest my teacher said that 😅 ) drink green tea or ginger water 😊 . Have a treat day 😉 once a week . I'm not telling this normal !! I myself tried this and lost 20kgs in 7 months 😄 and now i feel more confident ❤ . Just trust the process and be patientons for results 😌 . . . I hope it was helpful ❤

@@haruko3143 hehe 💫 !! Glad you liked it well this was my food plan : . I used to drink lukewarm lemon water with honey every day in the morning at least one glass before breakfast . And after 15 mins I will take my breakfast which is oatmeal with some cornflakes 🤤 !! It's a good start to keep you energetic and non drowsy all day !! . And in between I used to drink lot of water so no hunger attack till lunch 🙃 , if you feel hungry grab an apple or any fruit . . . In lunch I prefer some less oily food , so I eat rice with some main course and I always check my proportions . . In break I used to eat almonds and nuts to feel full and also some fruits in case , but mostly I'm not hungry because of water 🤭 !! And also my green tea ❤ . . For dinner I eat you know chapati ( google it if you are not Indian the you will know ✌🏻 ) we make it with wheat flour or have something lit like salad or anything just lightly because u will have good sleep . . But before sleep I drink my ginger water ❤ . . . All I want to say is see the portion , don't go into strict dites because I literally had fainted in my class due to weakness. . . Just eat clean 🙂 . . And also workout ❤ doing these not only reduced my weight but also my acne and my skin feels so good eating clean 💫 and also my body stays active and I love the fact I can fit any outfit now ✌🏻 . . I mean that was the original intent of mukbangs, so you could not feel alone while eating (since it originates in korea where alot of people eat alone due to work, etc)
I've always watched u whenever I'm starving at night or all day. The sounds of u eat and the way u eat satisfied my stomach to patient for a long time😁.I love to watch ur food show ever♥

I am seeing your comments for last two months or more than that. People will come to your channel if your work is good. Better focus on making your videos good rather than these type of advertising.
