I work at a boba shop too and honestly the best part is preparing everything before we open. Especially when the pearls come out perfect!

@@darcihasselbach4125 we make a big batch usually like 1500g of boba and boil it with about 7000cc water. Then add brown sugar after boiling on med heat for 20 m. After that we steep for 40m. Then place into boba warmer with a brown sugar syrup we make. Let that sit and absorb and it's done

:( Sorry to hear that, some people don't get that the ice is "part of the recipe" and if you remove it it's obvious the glass will look a little empty. But if you tell them to ask for another drink they will freak out lol.

i’ve seen a lot of people not fill the drinks to the top but working there, i always make sure people are getting for what they pay for and starbucks ain’t cheap, so i hope people like what they are getting.

Idk what baristas y’all got but whenever I go and ask for no ice they just add more of the drink. I don’t understand why some baristas be acting stingy like it’s a big deal. i don’t like my drinks super cold.
