요즘은 정말 큰 재미 없이 매일 반복되는 일상을 잘 살아가는 게 쉽지 않다는 생각이 들어요ㅠ 그렇다고 매일이 평화로운 것도 아니고 나는 매일 발버둥 치며 사는데,,, 때로는 무기력하기도 해요. 그럼에도 사소한 것에 뿌듯해하고 웃기도 하고 ,매일의 작은 즐거움을 찾는 게 인생을 잘 살아가는 방법 같다고 느껴져요ㅎ 이렇게 자기전에 유일님 영상을 보며 느끼는 행복처럼요❤ 유일님이 꾸준히 올려주시는 영상들이 제 지루한 일상속에서 때로는 위로도되고, 즐거움도 되고, 행복도 된다는 걸 알아주셨으면 좋겠어요😆감사합니다🩷

When I am feeling something bad and worst. I can't sleep. I don't know why ?. You know in these days I am so ill. 😢 So sometimes at holiday i always opened youtube and saw your video if there is new. And when all the video are watched. I always see the notification and thought when yooil will upload video. Seriously after seeing your video i studied 8 hour daily. 유일넴,,, 학사 새내기때부터 유일님 영상을 쭉 봐왔는데 드디어 저에게도 졸업이라는 게 찾아왔어요! 졸업시험도 패스하고 논문 발표도 해서 학교 시스템에도 드뎌 졸업으로 등록되었답니다 ㅎㅎ 4년이라니까 꽤 오랜시간인데 그동안 유일님의 일상을 공유받고 공감도 많이 했고 위로도 많이 받아서 (내적 친밀감) 소소하게 알려드리고 싶었어요 🥹 석사는 현실적으로 어려울 것 같아 학생으로서는 끝일지도 모르지만 학생이 아닐지라도 유일님 영상으로 소확행 챙길테니 앞으로도 잘 부탁드려요 🙇🏻‍♀️ 저도 너무 바쁘거나 시험기간 때가 되면 장 보러 나가는 것 조차도 시간이 아까워지더라고요ㅠ 바쁠 수록 시간 내서 머리 식혀주고 나에게 재밌는 일을 하는 게 생산성도 높아지는 것 같고 장기적으로 효과적인 것 같아 저도 무리가 가지 않는 선에서 멘탈케어 해요 ㅋㅋ! 남은 대학원 생활도 지금까지처럼 계속 응원하겠습니다..✨

I have an important exam on July 13th and I had almost 3 weeks to study but skept a week just for losing motivation and feeling empty, now I'm feeling guilty ..lol 😂 but from yesterday I tried to study again and gave another chance to myself , these days I'm overthinking more and more and honestly its so hard to deal with it.
