Hey when you are squeezing the tea ingredients in cloth, i wouldn't recommend squeezing the cloth its harsh on hand and wrist. Instead twist it turn by turn slowly me. When then twisted cloth knot starts increasing in length it automatically squeezes the ingredients in the cloth more and more. You dont need much pressure. Will keep your wrist safe :)
05:05 - This made me laugh, because when I was a youngster, my Grandmother used to send me out into the blackberry patch to gather the ripest ones for her baking. She told me, put one in the basket and then one is for you. So half got eaten immediately and the other half (mostly) made it back into the kitchen for cobbler or other baked treats. Lovely memory!

Cada uno decide qué comer 😉 pero es cuestionable aconsejar el consumo de cangrejo y camarones diciendo qué son “alimentos saludables” 🧐🤔 creo que no está bien porque sabemos que no es así ☺️ Buena semana 🙏🏻
