Awesome video...made my installation a breeze. One tip for others is that you can pop out the panel with the dimmer switch without taking off the entire dash. Remove the fuse box cover and pop out the switch panel by reaching up through the fuse panel and pushing out the back of the dimmer switch panel.
The one part of the video I really wanted to see was where to push on the dimmer clip but it was offscreen when you did it. Are you squeezing the side or the top and bottom? Also where can I buy just the harness splitter? I want to try to use aftermarket multicolored LED instead of the stock blue or red.
Can't remember if it's the sides or the top/bottom. You just have to look at the clip and see where you are able to squeeze. I don't know where you can just by the "Y" adapter as it came included with the kit.
I have that exact car…except I bought them for my Forester Wilderness. Seems like I’m gonna have to get another set in install them on my Ascent aswell. 😂
