Join me for a 3 days OVERLAND ADVENTURE ! with my trusty SF5 SUBARU FORESTER !
In this episode, I'm gonna explore some trails in the center of France !
Going through big puddles, woods, forest, bush and more !
I really enjoyed my time outdoor with off roading, bushcooking, camping, overnights in the rooftop tent, and even some minor trail fixes !
I had a good weather for the entire trip, beautiful lakes, sunsets and landscapes and the foz did well ... What else ?!

Fantastic adventure! Really interesting trails and beautiful scenery - awesome footage all the way through. Always a bummer when a planned route doesn't work out (ask me how I know, LOL) but nice work making the best of it. Meals looked delicious too!

I’m heading out in a few days for a 3-day in my forester as well! This was great to see. You really show off the foresters capability. I think a good driver behind the wheel will get almost any vehicle pretty far out. I can’t wait to get out there

Nice video with a low budget suby. You don't need big bucks to have a great time. If you ever get to Australia, make sure you check out fraser island. You will LOVE IT.

Lovely video Jordan. Great call on the bog hole. You definitely need a bigger pan or a pot. The omlette looked nice, must try making one like that on my next camp. Wish I'd have known that before last weekend's camp. Oh well something to look forward to :) You were well prepared for the bumper too. The rooftop tent looks great and I'm sure you could fill it with blankets to keep warm.

I did indeed really enjoy this one, brother, awesome adventure video! :D Man I really need to get out and do some ADV motorcycle trips (offroad) or FJ (Cruiser) overlanding soon, it's been so long! Watching this made me anxious to go :D

Nice video again !! Last year i rented a rooftop tent to try it out. But my problem is that I move a lot during my sleep, and every night I waked up and found myself in one of the corners , despite leveling the car very precise :-( So I did not buy one. A tip four you : Buy a Silky Gomboy saw, that will save you a lot of time when dealing with a (small) tree ;-)

Awesome adventure Jordan.. But f***k... that giant water pool... with another car ready to pull you out it will be posible to try pass trough it, I think the forester can make it

Possible to TRY yes 😂 you can always try ! I had my handwinch, straps and shackles and plenty of trees around me. But I didn't wanted to flood the interior of the foz and spend the night in the mud ...

A nice trip, man. For me it would be nice to see how you fixed the bumper. Maybe you can show that again a little slower? Which tools do you have with you? Have great adventures more and a beautiful day :-)

The bumper fix was pretty simple ! I've put Zip ties in place of the plastic clips holes 😉 and I had to bend back a few things on the right side. Lucky me, I didn't break anything. I'm carrying a good set of spanners, plyers, screwdrivers zipties, duct tape, prybar, a few spare parts and bolts, a bottle jack with wood planks ... pretty basic stuff 😉 Oh and a circlips plyer to change the CV boots !

Gran vídeo, impresionante aventura Yo soy Ingeniero Civil y mi trabajo ha sido predominantemente supervisando obras sociales en los sectores rurales de mi País, muy lejos de las ciudades o poblados y donde necesito un vehículo TODO TERRENO para llegar. Lo he hecho en Toyotas Land Cruiser y Hi Lux; pero ahora lo hago en Subaru GL o Loyale levemente modificado; con el cual resuelvo todo. Saludos

The paint is holding up pretty well ! Except around the windows but that's my fault, I didn't clean it enough ... It take a lot of beating on the tracks with branches, rock and mud, no problem ! There is a full photo album of the painting process on my FB page 😉
