Subaru Forester Steering Vibration - Should I Fix It? 

I have owned the Subaru Forester Turbo Diesel 6 speed manual MY13 since new for 10 years. Recently the steering has started to shudder & vibrate at highway speeds around bends - should I fix the lower control arms or replace the vehicle? New tyres, wheel balance & alignment has been done first. This is also a trip down memory lane of the major repairs over 10 years of ownership.
