I never played dirt rally2 much, mostly cuz i couldnt get the wheel set up like i could in dr1 steering weight wise. But I played dirt rally 1 a lot and I loved launchin the gdb, gc8 and c4 on monte. You set it up low and stiff with short gears and a tight rear diff, loose front diff and a 54/56, maybe 75/25 max center favoring rear and just chuck it. Then when you get the surface changes you go from just nailing every turn with a lot of car rotation making turning a breeze with minimum steering input to having fun, letting off a bit and dancing in the snow with a lot of opposite lock. So much fun.
Huh... What happened to your new Thrustmaster wheel? Anyway, another amazing drive! Monte Carlo is such a hard track, I'm still figuring it out. Maybe I can pick up some of your techniques for my next attempt! ^^
@@TakeGaki your words - “I focused on stability. I have enhanced LSD.”.....my idea too...and makes sense for the slippery conditions and varying grip. Arigato
