Yes, I have a 2017 STI but they are very expensive here compared to older models, even on the 2nd hand market. Due to high emissions, the taxes are also pretty high on them in a lot of EU countries so not a lot were sold here when compared to the US. They were sold here until the new WRX realeased in 2023, which is not sold in Europe due to emission laws.

you can make them fast if you want, besides what is fast anyhow, no one will be using these cars to full potential (any car for that matter), unless you're entering it into a professional motorsport of some kind (where you usually have class rules and restrictions anyhow making it a fair field).
