Forgetting the key role Kaela had in making it stick. "Bae, where's the Jdon? What about the Jdon!?" Also that one glorious bit with Kobo feeling confident then being reminded the next person was Miko.
Funniest part was, Kobo and Kaela salvaged almost 70% of the nonsense Banchou spewed out, and when they thought they could win it, Kobo had to lived with the fact that the next in line was MIKOCHI. And both their deciphering efforts gone down into the drain. Thus, the JDON My Soul meme was immortalized. 😂
Jdon was Banchou contribution. Kobo kaela tried to fix it.. then mikochi put her hand on with my soul. And then Nerissa completed the meme, breaking bae in the process...😂😂😂
@@phiefer3 Indonesian codebreakers insist jdon was correctly understood. Managed to un-Hajime語 70% of the message back to English, but persist with Jdon.😂
I'm not sure if Japanese has a native 'J' sound, so that's why they use a more 'Z' sound. Add in the issues with 'R' and instead of "Macca's run" you get "Maka zhdlun".
@@ikr9358 Japanese actually does use the J sound quite often. For example, "juu" is "ten" and "jya" is a commonly used connector or sentence starter that is similar to "then" as in "then, let's get going." Jya is also a key part of creating negative tenses: "jya nai/jya arimasen." If anything, I would say you might encounter more J sounds than Z sounds in Japanese. It makes sense why Banchou heard zudon because the end of "Macca's" makes that Z sound. Why Shuba heard zudon from just Jdon isolated though...that's a mystery.
@@NinjaPopeXue and as the ninja points out, let’s not forget Naruto had been screaming Jutsus for like the last 20 years. Let alone Jujutsu kaisen for newer media xD
Embarrassing question here: what's "Do you remember"? My guess it's an EN thing because I actually only follow EN at the bare minimum, but could be completely wrong!
@@olimay It's a lyrics from the song "September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire. It became a meme after multiple members did marathon karaoke streams where they only sang that song. Including Gigi, who did it for OVER EIGHT HOURS. Of (variations of) THE SAME SONG.
If Subaru likes "LET'S GET IT ON" that much, I really want her to see some old MxC episodes (those EN dubs of Takeshi's Castle) so she can hear the Captain belt that out after every intro 😤
It's a meme based on Commando's Japanese dub. Some guy is like "Let's cooperate, OKAY (okay is in english)" and then Arnold turns to him, goes "OKAY" in English too and shoots him. Zudon being the sound effect for a gun shot, and sounding pretty similar to Jdon.
What made it so funny was when Kaela and Kobo were psychoanalyzing the words and the possible meanings of em. They were going in Deep 😂 They were really fighting for it. It was indeed, a collaborative project 🙏 .. and then Bae’s Performance ending. 👏
Ela sold it with her monotone dogged insistance of....where the Jdon Bae. And looking up what jdon was to prove herself right. One of the best memes ever
Kaela is definitely responsible for the Jdon. Hajime started with Zudon suru my shout, it became Jdon soon my shout with Kaela, stayed that way with Kobo, went back to Zudon suru with Miko but my shout became my soul, and Nerissa repeated Zudon suru my soul. Funnily enough at no point during the game did it become Jdon My Soul. I believe that was Kaela afterwards
because Kaela only contributes confirmation of words according to the pronunciation of id from zudon to jdon. In comedy there are such things as anglers and bait eaters. banchou and miko as anglers and kaela as bait eaters. The important positions are bancho and miko, the second position is kaela and kobo as jaslighting, the third is baels as Tsukkomi.
I feel like it’s a meme, I know for sure that a Puncake is a meme, people in the Vanoss Crew would say it all the time, mostly Wildcat though that and Pluto Nash 3D 😆
No idea what Puncake is! Googling seems to say it's a Black Ops 2 thing, and I have never played that game or been involved in that community. Which goes for many mainstream games. Or is it something else?
i'd say the most popular meme this year is the kanade hand spinning meme. its a lot more accessible and not reliant on arcane knowledge of something random that happened in a stream
