Thats very normal with sti , even brand new they do the same. I replaced all the transmission and engine mount and it didn’t totally fixed that issue when the car is under load . There was still a little movement

It’s the OEM Pitch stop , I have a 2019 STI and I notice that and didn’t like and that was the first thing I fixed , I replaced it with the Perrin pitch stop and brace . There is a noticeable difference the shift feels more precise , the clear shift doesn’t wobble during hard acceleration. The mount is solid and hold the engine power perfectly

@@operatorgaming1669 No prob! The WRX doesn’t have the driver control center differential, only the STI. In retrospect it sends more torque to the front or to the rear (and lock/unlock deferential) depending on what you set it to. This is a great option for different off road applications. Look up C/diff here on RU-vid and you’ll find some good footage that’ll explain it better than me☺️

Yeah, if I want to go faster I also sometimes rev the engine to 5.5-6k rpm but for really small amount of time. When I reach these rpm I immediately shift up and I'm definitely not in those rpm longer than it's necessary, so that's usually 1-2 seconds. And I definitely don't rev it to red line. Hopefully, this isn't bad for car.

he probably need to rev it that hard to get enough performance since he fked the engine up already before this video... Im caring a lot about my engine and it NEVER see red (150HP Boxer Diesel Impreza @ 180 HP, DPF remove/EGR delete), maximum 3,5k at sporty driving and 4k if i really need all the power (barely if at all, it hurts, despite having nearly 1k rpm till red line) Mainly because i know Boxer Diesel are not very robust, my baby got already 110k km on it and the stock setup (so DPF, regs, EGR,....) fked up my engine already for 90k km... if it stands another 100k, im just fine and the Subaru was worth it
