[Subbed] Bleach - Jump Festa 2008: Karaburi!! 

Hello everyone~!! :D This may be highly irrelevant for you, but after hours of listening repetitively & subbing, please just allow me to quickly mention that Byakuya-dono's enunciation of "図案（ずあん, zu-an）" at 4:53 has such a magnetic resonance to it, haha! Ikkaku's voice almost sounded similar to that at 8:54, at least to my hearing, heh. Meanwhile, Kyouraku-taichou's voice has such an...oddly lazy but sophisticated slur about it. Mayuri-sama's voice is very unique, and Kon's voice is just hilarious! Yachiru's smile at 10:36 is just epic, and I love that the two youngest spirits stood by either sides of the oldest shinigami in the photo! Sasakibe-fukutaichou was, like, pushed behind by the 11th Squad, though. Also, I want to see that first photo that the mischievous Ukitake-taichou quickly took before everyone was ready! Why did Byakuya especially voice up to complain about it?! Did a gust blow his scarf over his face? Or was he turning to smile (a little) at Rukia at that moment? Finally, when I first watched this episode, I'd thought that by "everyone else", the Captain of the 13th Division had meant...you know, every of his own squad members in the 13th barracks. I think that'd be a wonderful idea, too! Hey, if Urahara-san were asked in this, what do you all think suits him to be selling? :)
