Surprised the official didn't stop the players from: 1. holding the goalkeeper up in the air as if there was no gravity 2. holding the goalkeeper endlessly in a dive position when a goalkeeper should only dive as the shot is taken. 3. goalkeeper did not stand and remain on his line until the penalty was taken.

No, it isn't, the player with possession can flick whenever, the one defending has a right to a flick after each attackers flick. Hope you found that helpful.

has anyone ever put the Lightweight and then the Heavyweight figures on a scale ??? Pages and pages and pages of descriptive differences between the two types of figures. I have yet to see a website that cites How much they weigh.

Quello che mi ha sempre dato "fastidio" del SUBBUTEO è che esistevano 2 tipi regole (almeno quando lo giocavo io, e sono passati decenni): una prima per i tornei e un'altra "generale"... In quella generale valevano sempre i 3 tocchi (2 + passaggio) ma l'avversario e il giocatore in possesso palla avevano per ogni tocco di fatto anche uno di piazzamento... rendeva il tutto molto più "realistico"... qui invece vedo che ad ogni tocco corrisponde un tocco dell'avversario... Avranno cambiato le regole... come per il "calcio balilla"
