We're into day 3 of the detour, and some of the signage is still a confusing mess. Is the tunnel open or not? Where are cyclists able to leave Stubbs Terrace and rejoin the PSP? Which bits of the PSP are open and which bits are closed? Where is the signage for the Hay St crossing?
