The USA has almost 1/4 of a million US citizens living in the Philippines. We have a strong alliance and history together, our militaries have fought and died in many wars together. I hope the USA sends everything possible to protect the Philippines for its citizens and ours, plus the economic and strategical gains that benefit both countries!
