Maybe you should preheat the ovens to find the exact time... as 400 is 400...but if it is not preheated some ovens take longer to get to 400...test this out and let us know what you find!

Patrice I wanted to do one of these for a xmas gift this year but no one actually shows how to do the full wrap and get those cut outs around the handle. Well Jennifer Maker did do one but it was very hard to follow. Do you have on that you've done in the past. I might have missed it.

Thank you. It needs to be a convection oven and this only works with this type of mug when using sublimation ink.

No. I don't know of any HP printers that are compatible with sublimation.

i have 3 questions - Can you use a Heat Press Machine instead of an oven? Is this dishwasher safe and how many washes before fading? I'm an acrylic artist, any advice on how to transfer my mini or reg. mural onto crystal glass or mugs? Big challenge I know... but a client asked me...

Thank you for watching! You can press the same way you’d press any other mug. I used the painters tape because I don’t have any shrink wrap.

It's a silicon mat. It prevents the shrink wrap from melting on the metal.

I used the Epson Eco Tank 2750 (w/sublimation ink) with A-Sub 125G paper

What is tge use of butcher paper and the sublimation paper? Thank you.

The butcher papers prevents the ink from transferring to other items. If the ink gets onto your heat press while pressing, it can then transfer to other projects and potentially ruin them.

you need sublimation ink mostly and a sublimation printer. That more important than the paper.

I purchase them from alibaba.com. My vendor stopped selling them. I’m waiting on a shipment from a new vendor that I’m trying for the first time. Once they get here and if they’re legit, I will post info.

Would you say that the mugs were easy to scratch and leave a mark once they cool? Ive been trying some mugs and had to toss 6 in the garbage because of this issue... can u help with ideas on what i may be doinf wrong

I think some of the mugs are very easy to scratch. I usually remove once they've had a chance to cool a bit. I'm wondering is the coating become weaker when it is heated up.

I need help figuring out how to print Bitmojis clearly. I’ve tried saving them to my computer from chrome extension but they come out way too pixelated, the resolution is too low. I’ve tried placing them in illustrator then printing. I can’t seem to get it to print right. I could use some tips on how to print the bitmojis to use them to sublimate on different size substrates. I saw on your FB that you made the bottom label smaller, but how does the bottom of the cup sublimate?

The entire mug can including the bottom can be sublimating. Make the bottom (circle) smaller than the template. That way, it can be taped down more securely.

@@CraftableThings the cup from handle to handle is 9.75 and 3.75 in length, however, I wanted to leave a little room for the lips so using 3 inches in length.
