Sublimating a tumbler in an air fryer/convection oven

Wow! No need to use shrink wrap? I thought you had to use it!!!! My first tumbler I attempted was in a large oven like that but I only did one to make sure it came out okay because I had never tried tumblers before. 400 degrees for 4 minutes (per the video I watched) lying down on rack in oven and no turning. IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY!!! The shrink wrap is a pain to get off. So, the next time I tried 3 tumblers, lying down on rack. 2 of the three weren't very good. Colors not on point. I was using the bake with convection to circulate the air (same as 1st tumbler). I am getting ready to try air fry and standing the tumbler up as you did. I am just curious if you have tried 3-4 tumblers and how they turned out; wondering if you had to cook them longer, etc. Thanks, and this was a great video!!!

And this still had the tape underneath to bring the 2 sides together? Did the ink sub thru the tape then? I struggle with seams and really want to try this way

That is adorable. I'm not sure I understand why that one strip of tape at the beginning does anything. I mean it's obvious that it does, but I don't know if I get why. Did the tik tok video happen to explain?
