This bootleg is known as "Contact Buzz" and was always one of my favorite shows. Its pretty crazy seeing the video for it after so many years of listening to it. I have the soundboard recording if anyone wants it.
This is known as the 3 ring circus tour. This was the set from The Palace in Hollywood. Sublime literally released this in 2013 as a album and DVD fyi.
