This is actually the first time ive ever listened to sublime with the new singer. First and foremost i gotta just say that there is nothing wrong with wanting to keep things going and doing whatever is necessary to continue moving forward. To be honest Rome is uniquely a good fit for Sublime, and while he doesnt remind me much of Bradley at all really i do see how passionate he is about Sublime and playing their songs. That seems like such a hard role to fill but i do think Bradley would approve, and i definitely respect the hell outta him for stepping up in the first place

They're not trying to be a carbon copy of sublime. if you want the old sublime then listen to the old Sublime. This is Sublime with Rome. It's like Sublime but with a Twist because it has a different singer. People complain too damn much.

Rome is awesome and sublime with rome is one of my favorite bands currently. That being said, Sublime was a totally different beast. Brad was a badass, the type of frontman you don't see anymore. A dude who could play guitar, snort a line and whoop ass. Sublime w/ rome makes you nod your head to the beat, Sublime changed your whole world. He was like Pac. Cut from a different cloth.

What I love about this is that NOBODY knows more than Rome the expectations people have for Bradley's "replacement". He knew there'd be a ton of criticism and knew a lot of people would hate it and never except it. But guess what? The kid stepped up to the plate anyway and said "fuck it. let's make some music". Pretty badass if you ask me. I think that alone would be enough to win over Sublime fans, but there's a great deal of ignorance in the world. Keep on rocking, Rome. You're doing an awesome job.

Coming from a long time Sublime fan (I actually saw them live on warped tour '95), I seriously think that Bradley would love this. He would want the best for his band mates following his death and they seem to be having a great time. Rome is great as well, He will never be Bradley but everyone needs to lay off Rome a bit he's actually the best fit for Sublime

Sean Kearns ohh yeah... that year were they got booed from staged by getting hit with mutt... honestly how were they live? I seen this documentary that got me sick and had always wanted to meet someone who saw them at a warped tour show... and if they did such a thing....
