Hey, I got this game free on Epic Games. (Part of why I'm here.) But I'm missing the swordfish. I know all guides say it's common, but still....is there anywhere, or way, to best make them spawn?

Or it was my potato PC :-D Which i managed to replace now as GPU prices started to fall, but not going to retest if that was the case as now finished with this game. Still, a serious upgrade from 1050Ti to 3070Ti + all other parts too. My 2 newest video was already with that PC.
@@AverageAchievementHunter Lol you've got some crazy hardware! I'm only on the standard ps4. I guess the same problem persists across all platforms. It's weird, this game isn't a serious graphical powerhouse like God of War or something. It shouldn't be a problem for a ps2 to handle.
It's just not that slickly coded, but it's also one of those games where the atmosphere and the sights are so lovely you can overlook some stutters and glitches. It's fine most of the time, but it can just suddenly get a momentary lag on for no obvious reason - mostly when you're out in the boat, so it must be loading areas of the map I guess. Heck, on the PS4 I've got stuck on the scenery twice (different locations) and had to fast-travel away to escape from it, which was annoying, so it's definitely lacking a bit of technical polish but overall it's still a lovely game.
@@AverageAchievementHunter I specifically tried to set everything on low, even resolution and still got lags on decent PC. It is a game problem, not hardware.

I've got a problem. My last mission was Thwaite's Center. And the seed does not appear in its place. I don't know why. The map says the seed is already atop the tower, but I can't get there because of the locked doors. The seed is not in that cabin, and the monster is overlooking the place. I don't know what happened, I think it's a bug.
I see you already got an answer from someone else, hopefully it worked. Monster are present based on the amount of seeds you done, not based on location, but he isnt attacking or doing anything to you.
