1. Will shooting overpowered band-sets shorten band life? 2. Does shooting TTF shorten band life compared to OTT? 3. What is a suitable setup for hunting? Wider bands with thinner material versus thinner bands with thicker material? For example, a 0.7mm thick material with a taper of 1" to 3/4" versus a 1.0mm thick material with a taper of 3/4" to 1/2". Does it matter? Is there any real difference? Will one last longer than the other with the same elongation? Don't sweat the small stuff. Great show.

Im not over drawing; im using 0.8mm exercise bands fir 8mm steel. It seens to be just right. But im getting breakages in the band after about 200 shots "8$ fir 200 shots is way expensive! Im doing 3 wraps like nathan says and using flatband about 3mm wide and 0.5mm thick. Am i tieing too tight?
I did submit this to the submission form on your website, but I'll leave it here, too. Is there a good hack for measuring the speed of your shots without spending $133 for a chronograph? It doesn't have to be super accurate, just in the ballpark.
Nathan, hey man great content! Question, I have the ocularis, great sling shot have gotten used to shooting it and the dimple on them have helped me out with accuracy. I just got the Scott and it has no dimple, I’m not as accurate with it, would it hurt if I drimmled one in myself?
