Ingredients:
500 g pork belly (small bite sized)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sriracha sauce
1 tbsp. sugar (red)
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sesame oil
250 g shrimps (cleaned and deviened)
2 tbsp. oil
1 small white onion (sliced)
5 gloves garlic (minced)
150 g green beans (thin sliced)
250 g shrimps
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bunch spring onions (sliced into 2 inch)
1 red chili (sliced, garnish)
Cooking Procedures:
1. In a bowl with pork, place soy sauce, sriracha sauce, sugar, garlic powder and sesame oil. Mix well then set aside to marinate in 15 minutes.
2. Heat the wok on medium heat and pour in the oil. Saute onions for 1 minute and garlic, saute until aromatic.
3. Add marinated pork, stir and cook for 8-10 minutes. Cover the wok.
4. After 10 minutes, add green beans. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the shrimps, stir for 1-3 minutes or until it turns orange.
6. Add black pepper, salt and spring onions and stir again for 1-2 minutes.
7. Turn off the stove, transfer to a serving bowl. Served hot with rice and enjoyed.
