The entire conversasction was quite good and inspirational however I feel personally there is a lot of key points you guys were missed up. requesting you to kindly take it up similarly or to nearly this kind of questions 1) What are the challenges they have come across during the journey and how did they handle it. 2) How he or she has managed to build a start-up while being in another employer. 3) While executing a plan to build a start-up what kind of struggle they have faced with respect to their start-up. 4) How an entrepreneur handling operation and operational issues, if they failed then what could be the reason or if they succeed what are take ways. (B)alasore to (B)angalore will change to (B)alasore to (B)bhubaneswar. Its the need of the hour. Why should we odia go and work far away from our state? Offcourse we need to aquire new skills and training but at the end we have to come back, and we should come back. There are many people who would love to come back to odisha and work near their hometown. Its easier to take care of elderly/parents as well. I think Bhubaneswar has now perfect ingredients to become one of the india's startup hub, atleast in the east. We can do it. We did it as a education hub for east. With many top class engineering/management/arts and science colleges in and around Bhubaneswar it is now easy get talent here in Odisha. To start with, I would love to see a small company from Bhubaneswar helping European clients. For example, in achieving the European circular economy goals. The only thing is, we need to create is a culture of risk taking individuals and support them through mentorship and match making for funding. Subroto Bagchi is a perfect mentor here. I'm also from Odisha.🤬🤬 But my experience with Nestaway was not at all good. I used to stay in Gurgaon working in an IT company (about 3 years back) . And I was living in a Nestaway rented flat. These people will take away your security deposit money and they will not give you back. In this way they didnt return my 18000/- security money. Moreover they sent me emails for legals action if i dont pay rent.
I aspire for a day when we hv a neutral accent among odias, why is it such a challenge, we hv brilliant ideas, skills and ability to make an impact but the accent is a putoff
Odisha Startup is waste of time. They have a portal where no body response and take time of six to seven month and as reply they cancel your funding request. Only drama on huge salary government employees are getting without doing anything. Waste.
