Aaron Foust When faced with a giant evil buff thing equipped with ancient magical weapons, armor, and equipment, I doubt some silly Identity Politics are the least of any sane human being's concerns.
Man this was a top 5 show growing up. Those good ol Kids WB Saturday morning premieres was the best. Wuya’s line “In the wu” is just one element that made this show funny but action packed. Miss these days 😩
@@Mikey_Mike1 why would I be scared? It's not about hate, or being scared, it's just wrong, you shouldn't change your body to feel right, that's not healthy. It's why that group has a 40% suicide rate before and after transitioning, it doesn't need acceptance, it's needs people to tell them it's something wrong mentally and they get the right help they need.
@@JRSping well you referenced “evil”. That tells me you have deep personal feelings regarding the subject. If trans people bother you that much why invest so much of your time in it? Just doesn’t make sense.
"How do we fight an enemy we can't see?" "By relying on a friend who we can't see, but I am sure is still there." Always loved that. The writing on this show really was rock solid, especially the dialogue.
I honestly laugh every time they explain the rules because of Dojo actually having a rule book. It's amusing because showdown's hadn't happened in so long that they thought of every scenario
@@drakofox1362 would be kinda funny the only thing dashi used that eagle scope with that fountain of knowledge was to make an accurate know it all rulebook for every possible xialoin showdown that will ever happen
Wuya: Shroud of Shadows! [Raimundo’s body disappears] Kimiko: Hey, that’s cheating! That wasn’t one of the Shen Gong Wu wagered! Wuya: You’re fighting evil. [hits Kimiko] What do you expect? [hits Clay and Omi]
@@InvestedGman ouuuuh i remember that........I can clearly remember how I got seizure from that as my vision slowly faded back when I was a kid....... wasn't a good day that day it was for me.
Haven't ever had a astral figure fly through my head, but I think Spicer having a reaction like that seems profoundly fitting, as one who experienced it firsthand.
Wuya made a dumb move by chosen the challenge of stealing the wu. Because of that showdown and removed a lot of shengan wu he was able to regain some of his willpower and thus causing Wuya to lose The showdown.
This show made omi so op 😄 like honestly I knew before the showdown even started the kimiko and clay were going to be the first ones eliminated they always are . and then at the end of the show they had the nerve to pick raymundo as the chosen one 😄
Omi is talented but his main flaw is his ego and short sighted view. Raimundo proved to be a better leader through his experience and adaptability, as being more situationally aware than omi. Omi is book-smart while Rai is street smart
If you opt out, I think that would qualify as a loss on your part. Iirc, the shen gong wu itself triggers the showdown, but allows the ones fighting over it to determine the parameters (specifics of the challenge, dares for extra wu, etc).
I don't see why not; you're allowed to take a dive in a showdown, you're allowed to steal the wu after a showdown if you lost or even if you didn't participate, so I imagine just nobody thought of it
MAN did Disney crap the bed when they got the rights to this show (parly cause there rights didn't include the names of the Wu or even some of the Wu they ended up going after Wu with the same powers as ones from the OG series
Ward Nightstone Warner Bros wouldn’t give the creator back the rights, so she went to a French production company to develop Xiaolin Chronicles. Disney only got airing rights in the US. Cartoon Network had aired the show in other parts of the world. This is all to my knowledge, so I’m not 100% sure about where it aired exactly.
EpicBoredPerson it aired in Canada and Tara Strong was the only one who could be a returning voice actor thats what I remember Chronicles sucked though
thegamewin100 I know it was produced in Canada which is why Tara Strong and Jennifer Hale could only return. From what I read since it was done in Canada, only Canadian voice talent could be in it. But yeah it sucked big time, Chronicles really threw around what Showdown was
Wish a new Shen Gong Wu was featured, known as the Sunstone Rat! Sunstone Rat Ability: Removes out of control Wus from user that are infected by the Heylin Comet Location: Sea Lion Habitat Pool At An Aquarium
Because good guys have plot armor and bad guys have plot induced stupidity. meaning bad guys normally wouldn't do something smart if it means they would destroy the good guys.
Yeah..thou this show has great animation,so kinda weird to miss something so obvious.look at the start of the showdown that's awesome stuff they do pretty much reverse it when winning the showdown so that's kinda lazy P.s don't animation studios have people that look over the finished product to check for any errors or maybe the team can just view it themselves
Random- -Minatrix I could believe they were lazy about it. I mean if they already finished drawing the entire episode and got it linked up then realize after checking it that this one small part is missing something (like the hair for example) they either didn't want to go back to that spot and redraw it if it was a frame or two messed up. Or they didn't have enough time to like the deadline for the episode was closing in when they noticed.
