Ours is being delivered next week. I can’t wait. They have been great to work with. I am an Instructor at a tech school so we have to wait for funding and such Suburban tool has been so helpful. We must have changed our order half a dozen times. Each time they were friendly and answered our questions like an old friend. Thank you so much. We ordered this readout on an mv140 with a bunch of accessories and were moving our inspection lab around to make room for it.
In the first example with the circles you explained LC as the distance from the top to the bottom. I believe LC should be distance from center to center.
I was wondering if there is a place on the internet i could possibly get a user manual for this specific tool, if so, is it free to download or would i have to pay (how much)? Thank you for your help!
_ Cesar _ Go to our website at www.subtool.comThis is where you can request a manual. You will be sent a PDF file of the manual and there is no cost for this service.Thanksfor watching.
I know you were doing this fast, but you might want to mention that if you are carelessly picking points like you were in this video then the values you get out will not be accurate. It appeared several times that you did not have the cross-hairs exactly on the edge and I am going to say that is why you had a .003 discrepency in the radius sizes on that slot. I would imagine since this appears to be a test card, those should be the same.
bcbloc02 Yes , that is a good point. We made this video for demonstration purposes. This model does not have the edge detection like our MV-14-Q with fiber optic edge detection and digital protractor.
Andre Gross Andre , This is a new video. We have several different controllers for our Optical Comparators. They all have different features to suit different need.
Maybe I was thinking of a different video, sorry, That Mitutoyo DRO is quite the tool, almost can't see an optical comparator without one. Very capable unit!
