‼️I just finished watching a video where Ashley said that she made absolutely no money from this viral video. She didn't even know that the guy was video taping her performance. She said that she found out thru her friends that she had gone viral about a month after this video was posted. She reached out to the man who video taped her to ask him if she could use the video. He wanted 3-4 thousand dollars apparently to let her use the vid. Omg!! That was so hurtful to hear come out of her mouth. What you got do say bout that Bo?? That's truly disgusting that she was told 3-4k to use the vid that she stars in! That sounds like extortion to me. Geez! How much did u make off of her Bo? This song is the reflection and reminder of the hell I have experienced in my life including watching my father die in front of me slowly from cancer, watching my grandma die slowly in front of me and now seeing my mom memory fade. Among me almost losing my life and being alone after my ex cheated on me when my father was dying and marrying another man after all my love loyalty and supreme dedication. I'm still here. I'm still grateful and not giving up.

And, sadly, it will never be repeated (same echo, same emotion, same pre-fame circumstances). What these lucky people have witnessed in person, was better than just about any live performance I've ever seen in a stadium. They have no idea what they were witness to, and that only adds to the sadness and authenticity of Ashley Stevenson's incredible raw talent. This is absolutely as beautiful and powerful a version as any I ever heard in all my years on the road. Stunning. I wish this woman the very very best.
