Also, ung picture na nasa 1:28, that is The Core BPO Building in SM Sta. Rosa Tagapo. There is no official render yet for SM Yulo. Also, please don’t call it a premier mall as SM Supermalls already dropped the “premier” label in some of their stylish malls like SM Aura. But other than that, yes it is true that SM Yulo will be just like the one in SM Aura and how you described the indoor garden, that will be just like the indoor garden in Singapore’s Changi Airport. Fake news! When was it announced that there’s going to be subway in Sta. Rosa?? The Metro Manila subway goes as far as NAIA / FTI only. And what MRT?? There’s PNR’s North-South rail .. to Calamba … Pls do the due diligence & research.

I live a 50 seconds drive from this edifice & I saw almost daily a very deep trench dugged on the lot something like 25~30 meters down I suppose & as long as the lot itself, so what do you think is it? To help you on this, try to visit Bgy. Sto.Domingo High School boundary of Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite where it's located & walk the stairs of the Overpass. There you are. Subways doesn't necessarily mean a train access or installation, it can be a parking subway or similar, I'm curious while I was in Japan & Korea. they have subways in all their large cities with or without the train.
High yata ung vlogger or kamag anak ni tugade mashadong advance mag isip! Wala naman sa pipeline ng NEDA ung subway sa area na yan. Ang NSCR plan is hanggang calamba then south long haul project all the way to albay. Ung mga spur lines like the subway sa sta rosa "IF" magkakaron man mabilis na ung 20 or 30 year before mag materialize. :)
ang phase 2 ng metro manila subway ay bulacan at cavite palang, baka abutin pa ng another decades para sa feasibilty ang study. wala pa sa pipeline ng dotr ang laguna. baka nscr ang tinutukoy nya.

Ang alam kong magiging hangganan ng ginagawang Metro Manila Subway pa South ay ang FTI sa Taguig at don sa naia sa Parañaque unless kung may ibang panibagong proposed Subway project dyan sa ngayon,,, even ang mga popular fb pages like Philippine Construction Boom and Emerging Philippines na mga nag a-updates ng mga latest infrastructure projects all over the country ay walang news na ganyan.
According to my bubwit, magkakaroon ng condo & National University campus within, sinu-suspense lang kayo, & a Subway but not what you're thinking like a train Subway. Bgc ???? This should be more environmental city more greens less buildings. Philippines doesnt need any more crowded buildings. We need more open spaces more parks. Not gigantic malls .chinese will kill filipino pockets in malling instead of studying in schools and get a professional degree. This is what we are missing a talent of highly educated Filipinos.
