మనందరికీ తెలుసు CA చదవడం అనేది చాలా క్లిష్టమైన నిర్ణయం అని, ఎందుకంటే 10th తరువాత మనందరం Intermediate లేదా Diploma Course చేస్తాము అంటే అవి సులభం అని కాదు CAతో పోల్చుకుంటే కొంచం సులభమే. చిన్న వయసులోనే తన తండ్రిని కష్ట పెట్టడం ఇష్టంలేక ఎలాగైనా CA చెయ్యాలని నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు మన శంకర్ గారు, CA చదవడం అనేది అంత సులభం కాదన్నా విషయం తెలిసిందే, కానీ ఆయనకు అలాగైనా CA పూర్తి చెయ్యాలన్న ఆశయాన్ని దృడంగా ఉండేది, అందుకోసం ఆయన స్నేహితులను, విలాసాలను వదిలేసి చదువు పైనే దృష్టి పెట్టారు. మొదట్లో కొన్ని సబ్జక్ట్స్ ఫెయిల్ అయినా కానీ ఆయన సంకల్పాన్ని విడువలేదు, ఆ సమయంలోనే ఇంట్లో వాళ్ళ మద్దతు కూడా బాగా ఉండటంతో ఆయన ప్రయత్నిస్తూ ఏడు సంవత్సరాలలో CA పూర్తి చేశారు.ఇప్పుడు ఆయనొక చార్టర్డ్ అకౌంటెంట్ అయ్యారు, తన సంపాదనతో కుటుంబాన్ని చూసుకుంటున్నారు.ఆయన చదువుకుంటున్న రోజుల్లో ఇతర పుస్తకాలు చదివే అలవాటు ఉండటంతో వాటి నుంచి మోటివేట్ అయ్యేవారు. ఈరోజు శంకర్ గారు ఎలా ఆయన ఇబ్బందులను అధిగమించారో, చదువులో ఉతీర్ణత రావాలంటే ఎలా మనల్ని మనం తయారు చేసుకోవాలో మరియు ఒక మంచి పుస్తకం ఎలా మన జీవితాన్ని ప్రభావితం చేస్తుందో జోష్ టాక్ ద్వారా మనతో పంచుకుంటున్నారు.
Shiva Shankar was born in a middle-class family in a remote village in the Krishna district, his dream is to become a Chartered Accountant for that he faces a lot of struggles and sacrifices. After joining CA he struggled a lot, for the first time he faced failures, but he didn't give up and his parents also supported him. Finally, he completed CA final in 7 years. During his preparation, he was more motivated by reading Books.
