I was listening and went outside to pick up mail. Most horrifying part of my day, since my father passed away and I was stuck with all debts, bills and disabled mother and unemployed. But, I swallowed my fear and started opening mail while this video is still playing. First one was from Bank and they forgave his credit card, second is from my credit card and they offered small amount for clearing it up. Third one, a 10 dollar bill fell out of envelope and it is from survey company and the letter said I will continue receiving cash gifts. Video is still playing while I am writing this comment. Unexpected surprise this morning while I was at HyVee for breakfast: One pretty woman paid for my breakfast. Another pretty girl came to my table for an hour-long visit. I'm 78 years old, and quite unattractive. How did this happen? Part of my daily prayer of affirmation gratitude that I recite twice each day: "I thank the Universe for the Christ within me that attracts others, and for my God-power to call down blessings upon them, for the God-power within me to radiate the Christ within me that others feel while in my presence, for the Love & Radiance of the Christ within me that emanates from me." Did I experience a spiritual "break-through" that I've been working on for many years? I just can't believe that this happened. I'm still in a state of shock.

A friend gave me her book and once I was employed, I used the mantra for a magical service for a magical pay and like miracles it kept on working. Later, I became sidetracked and stopped not knowing that the negativity noise of life would drown out my focus. Hello! I don't usually comment stuff like that but as a person that was scared to exist I think I have to. It's been half a month that I'm listening to affirmations by Florence, Neville and Dr Murphy and honestly my way of thinking has changed (not completely but changed). Have faith in the power of your consciousness! Even if while listening to those things you feel you delude yourself take that feeling away and keep going! So absolutely correct. I have her book that contains all four and I am in this quiet place on this day and I was lead to get her book and re-read it and I have done here lately. But today again lead to get her book and I opened up to a page that had an affirmation that my spirit knew I needed it right now for what I had been believing for. I have been practising the Mindfulness of Breathing technique ru-vid.comUgkxIIDVgnLN8pF_fPOyoZ1nTjbLvvZcib6r as taught in this CD for about 2 years having read about it in Paramananda's Change Your Mind book and taken a real liking to it. However at times I struggle to remain focused on the breathing and thought that at such times this guided version might suit me. So after two years I finally decided to buy it! The first 7'24 of Track 1 of the CD is a body relaxtion which I do not use: I don't like body relaxation techniques and I find 27' just a little too long for meditation. The remaining 20' of gentle, guided meditation helps me tremendously to relax and stay focused. I find him's voice very soothing and whilst he is present to guide you through the 4 stages of the meditation, his presence is not intrusive or distracting. For the past two years I have tried to follow this technique as best I can with gentle meditation music despite music not being recommended. Having used this CD a couple of times I think I will try from now on to adopt a new routine of no music and just this CD as I find it so helpful. I realise now that the music really is distracting and I have enjoyed listening to the ambient sounds around me which I am normally unaware of. I can not comment on the other 2 tracks of Metta or Walking Meditation as I bought the CD solely to help me with the Mindfulness of Breathing and it does just that - very effectively. In my opinion this CD is money very well spent as it will guide you through a thoroughly useful and beneficial meditation technique and I don't think you can put a price on that.

I've been listening to this for about months. My attitude is better, more optimistic. This comment is about the female reading this, named 'Anna'. I was watching a sci-fi movie and the portable computer in the movie sounded JUST like this woman's voice. (It's a beautiful, articulate voice). I had to look up the credits on the movie and compare it to this video - and - lo and behold - I think it's the same lady. I don't want to publish it since she only uses her first name on this video - but the credits on the movie are also for an Anna somebody. I hope she reads these comments. Her voice is splentastic.
