Looking at such wonderful treasure trove of knowledge and wisdom from many gem of a person, available free on Internet, and data charges so affordable, the complaints of deprivation of knowledge/wisdom no longer holds water. Only disadvantage I see they are mostly in English. If such knowledge series are available in local vernacular languages it would be game changer and then if someone is still languishing at the bottom then it's his own doing...

i think people watching this video should understand that he is teaching E Factor and i believe this should be inculcated in the future managers as this will benefit them. I think the best E.G. for this E Factor is Warren Buffet because i find him very disciplined and strong willed man.
