Have you tried cellulose bags? Looks like clear plastic bag but is compostable

An alternative to plastic bags are glassine, they're semi-transparent and are biodegradable. There only downside is that they are more expensive than your standard cellophane bags.

It's really nice to see people using eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. By the way the stickers look adorable 💜

*An idea for if your making pins!* I have this one pin and instead of having a small needle and a backing, it has a magnet. Which means you don’t need to poke a hole in your shirt or whatever you’re wearing it! Would it be possible for you to do pins like that?

You really should follow/get in touch with Baylee Jae. She's a few steps ahead of you with the store stuff but she sells all the same things you do and packages everything herself as well etc. I think you could learn a lot from her to expand your store. I missed out on the clay pins! Hopefully next time. ❤️

I really love the store prep and packaging vlogs. It’s so satisfying and interesting. If whenever possible, maybe you can do a packaging livestream? I would definitely love to see that!

Well deserved successful store update! Congratulations! For circle stickers, if you get a giant circle punch from the craft store, it would sale you cutting by hand. And, then you could make multiple circle designs to intersperse with other shapes.

This is very educational. I like to make jewelry and illustrations, and while people have told me to start an Etsy store, I didn't know how much work is involved. It looks like a lot of work! You're amazing for going to all that effort! Everything looks so professional.

This looks amazing! I'm so sorry I missed out this time around. On the other hand, I would personally prefer to receive sticker sets in paper bags rather than plastic ones. I really don't like single use plastic, but I can easily reuse or repurpose paper bags

The next day after watching this i got my package. I got the makeshift plastic wallet and i love the concept. Pretty cool for a on the fly quick fix.

When you get a cutting machine, keep in mind that I don't think some of them work well with glossy paper? So that means the holo sticker paper might be a no-go! I loved the vlog it's so fun! I'm always happy to see your content in any form!

I have a Silhouette Cameo but an older version. It serves me really well. I have not done this but apparently you should print from your machine to get the alignment marks on the print. However, if you have your stickers printed by a company, I am sure you can add them in your software. As far as I know, the Scan and Cut is not 100 % reliable but it has layers. You can improvise with the Silhouette Cameo by giving the cut lines different colours with different settings for each colour so you can cut right through the backing, as well as through the foil only. I am not sure if you can cut all at the same time as I always do the different cuts separately. But then, I have never done stickers. I am sure Minnie Small did just that in her last Vlog, though. Let me know if you can when you find out. Much success! 😊😘

When you start to run out of the cellophane sleeves I've heard of some people using clear sleeves made out of corn you can look into!

I got the silhouette cameo 4 and I love it. The software is really great to use too. I wanted to order some of your prints and stickers, but I plan to launch my shop in a few months and I can't spend much right now lol. Starting a shop is expensive lol.

I have a cricut, and I don't like it. I wish I had of known about the silhouette machines before I got the explore air II, I would have definitely gone in that direction.

You didn't mention it, but be wary of purchasing a Cricut. You're tied to using their design software and they are itching to start charging a subscription service to use the machine that you already paid for. They pissed off all their customer base a few months ago by trying to spring a 20 upload cap before you were forced to pay for a $10 a month membership. There was a massive backlash and they backed off, but it's left a sour taste in my mouth with this company. There's also rumors they are throttling the older machines (Cricut Air 2) to encourage people to upgrade to a Maker or Maker 2.

I know it will cost you a bit, but have you looked at Sticker app? They are based in Sweden, and can print cutout stickers for a reasonable price. That way you dont have to kill your hand and wrist. But of course, then you maybe have to charge higher for the stickers if you want to make some cash of it. Just a little tip. :)

I love watching vlogs too. Yours was very nice. I could not imagine cutting all these stickers by hand !! While you don't have a cutting machine maybe you can cut your freebies into squares, I would not mind. If it can help to choose, I love my Cameo 4, but I never tried an other brand.

I loved this vlog. And I know it wasn't an artwork I do fins it interesting to see a bit behind the scenes... I like it that you are so need and clean and organized. Something I only can dream of lol. I am a chaotic mess. Lol... I guess have no choice to become a patreon. I have to support European artist. As there aren't that much channels that do artstuff. The most I follow are out of Europe and with the new tax policy of my government it becomes to expensive to even purchase something. But we have an European star.. at least I hope you belong to the European union because like I said... taxes. A measure to make us buy more from eu in stead of going outside the eu... well for me it works. If I purchase something outside the eu, the taxes are higher than the item you buy. I try to buy a bathrobe for my dog which cost 35 pounds and I had to pay 50+ taxes... thats outrageous. Don't know how they calculate these taxes. I heard a story of someone buying a wooden toothbrush and had to pay 30 euro of taxes????? Gonna see how France do it, because I have family in France wich we visit regularly and if they don't do these extreme tax thingies I let it come over there... pffff Anyhow I find you a great c artist and love your vlogs... they bringing a smile on my face and the content is always very good. I like your kittycats, I have a cat to, but she hates me... but she is all over my husband... he can do whatever he likes with her. But when she sees me, she looks at me with an expression of "what do you doing in my house?" It was the same with my husband that passed away. I guess she gates women and loves men... oh wel... she is about 13 year, a kitten we found in our garden... my dog the other hand is a real mommiesdog. When my hubby order her to do something she is always looking at me if you gave permission to respond... lol... she is 14, also from the shelter. She is 8 years with us and the best dog in the world. Play I stop waffling. I just wanted to talk a bit and tell you how much I appreciate your art and vlogs/art videos... Big hugs from Belgium...

As a seller myself- yes I try my best, but people need to learn that zero waste just isn't possible dammit. Unless you're printing it yourself at home, you have NO right to damn an artist for the way they ship. They aren't Amazon. Get over it.
