So, here is the feedback.. You can probably ask you "Friend" some difficult questions next time. For instance, the non transparency with which they operate, false and misleading commitments etc. If you are really serious about making a change, dont shy away from asking real questions to such guests
Very well presented podcast.. But please do a second part for this mainly including the current developments of the running projects,their future prospects because as a investor in m3m projects the kind of confidence we had in the company is going down due to many factors.. A live Q&A could be very useful as sudeep ji being at the very top could be the best point of contact for the existing buyers to get their confidence and clarity back..

Pata nahi yar, mera to acha experience raha hai and I’ve invested in 2 of their projects. I think Apke channel partner me dum hona chahiye kam nikalwane ka. Sunwaai ho jati hai M3m me, dlf emaar me to bhul jao. Han but dar rehta hai inki practices karke.
@@peopleoflight3052 Hanji bhai if you’ve documentation to koi deny nahi kar sakta. By documentation I mean jab apne product liya us time ka brochure. Usme likha rehta hai end me gift or payment plan ka. CRM se bat karke dekho.
Don't invest with this company. Just want to sell, no support in leasing or replying to customer's problem or execute their promises made while selling etc
M3M is a sales & delivery machine. They work on a factory model & have solved the biggest problem of real estate I.e timely delivery. Full marks to M3M’s professional management for achieving this & the entire organisation is very tech driven & aggressive in whatever they do👍🫡
