We have heard the terms mind, body, and soul many times. Often times we use these words interchangeably, not realizing that all have different meanings and are distinct from each other. Before you start to learn anything, it is important to know what these three terms mean and how they work together. If you are psychologically prepared for it, nothing can stop you from learning. Your mind will automatically prepare your body and improve your energy towards learning. And learning doesn't just limit to what we learned from school in childhood or in college or while we have taken up some course, learning happens all the time. Whether it is happening for your good or bad is what you can control with what you are gonna learn in this series.
