Almost drowned by poverty, Almer was saved by the Sisters of Mary. He did well academically and strove harder to help his family. Due to hard work and competency, promotions (along with salary increases) followed. From being the Third to Second Officer, he became a Ship Captain in December of 2016.
He will always be grateful to the Sisters of Mary & its benefactors who are instrumental in his success. Almost drowned by poverty, he's now sailing in the vast ocean of success.
