In 2012 VisionFund International partnered with Software Group to introduce Tablet (DFA) banking, which enables digital onboarding and loan origination for smallholder farmers in the most remote rural areas, without internet connection. Through this technology, farmers get access to a quick and easy microfinance process, which results in better economic and living conditions for them and their families.
