Hi Vic! Very very beautiful and interesting succulent arrangements. They all look absolutely fabulous 😍😍 I must tell you I managed to get a good peep at your garden and I saw lots more succulent pots and arrangements there. Where have you been all these time? You've not been active for a couple of months but fortunately you're back and doing magic in the garden 👍👍 Next time when you're ready give us a tour of your faboulus garden.
Hi Molly, I had a vacation with family in the Philippines then when we got back here in Sydney I became too busy with my work in an online social gaming company as a graphic artist and needed to catch up with lots of works :-), but now I'm not that busy anymore I can start posting videos again doing my passion for succulent plants, and thank you for watching.
Ooh these are lovely. I have a million questions - I wrote them down - this is why you need to talk in your videos..... Here goes.. 1. Where do you source those beautiful huge low and round terracotta pots in the background of most of your videos? 2. I think you answered this one in this exact video - I was wondering whether you mostly grew your own or used your own cuttings or bought new plants for your arrangements. It appears it's a combination of both. 3. What's your favourite Succulent? 4. Show me your source of Rhipsalis - I've seen them in almost every video 5. Where did you get those tweezers??? they are amazing. And now for some congratulations: 1. Mounding! 2. Left or right of centre for the foundation plant! 3. Somewhere for the eye to rest! 4. The Lazy Susan is such a good idea for when you don't have another person to hold the camera 5. Thanks for changing the camera angle - the last one I watched was showing me the back of the arrangement 6. Your succulents are such HEALTHY specimens Keep 'em coming Vic - your channel deserves to thrive - and if you keep it up with regular posting, it will. Can't wait to hear you talk and see your face on camera! You can do it!!!!!!
whew!!! lots of questions to answer Lol😁. I buy my pots mostly from Bunnings and occationally from Sunday market, I have a arrangement where the rhipsalis are growing really good but I already took 4 cuttings and I think this will be the last one I can get from it. I buy my tweezers from ebay, I buy succulents for my arrangements maybe 50% and half were from cuttings from my own, I dont have a favorite in my succulents, they are all my babies haha😃😃 maybe in the near future I will show my face to camera and speak😁
Thank you Jennifer😘😍❤️ I water my arrangement after a week😍 and here my watering method video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZVQhbZVvZbA.html
Hello Joyce👋😍 winter here in Sydney is from 0'C to 16'C and my plants enjoy it, summer is up to 45'C and I put up screen cloth protection over them during hot summer months. Here's my potting soil mix video that help my plants survive during rainy season ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IUVmFP-7R4I.html
I am getting mesmerised with the plant collection of ours. So, for indoor succulents how often you take them for sunlight and what is the water schedule for them, and how you water them.. lot of questions I know :)
hello Candid❤️my plants ate all outside, I just put it inside when there are guests or visitors coming, I have one under a mars hydro grow light😘 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LnqK9B54k0o.html
Thank you Kat🙏🏼😍😍😍I just water all my plant arrangements like watering a normal plant, a good shower once a week during summer and a good shower once a month during winter.
Hello Mel, the snake plant/mother in laws tongue is one of the best succulents indoor I can recommend, then jade plants and maybe sempervivums is also good but I still wont recommend succulents to be placed or kept indoor unless it's near the window that can get sunshine. What I do is I keep all my arrangements outside and I just put it inside for decoration when guests are coming in my house😁😍
@@VicVillacorta Hi Vic. Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately, I cannot have Sanseviera plants indoors as they are toxic to cats, so I'm very limited to what plants I can grow indoors. As I've developed a love for succulents thought I'd try them. Thank you. Best regards, Mel. 🙂
oh sorry I didn't know sanseveria is toxic to cats😢, I have dog so it's not toxic to dogs? I'm not sure what succulents good for indoor because when my guests leave my house I put back the arrangements outdoor again😁
@@VicVillacorta Hi Vic, Sansevieria is also poisonous to dogs, if ingested, although toxicity level is low, it can still cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. I wouldn't want to take any chances, just in case, especially with my cats being so small and they're into everything! 😊
I am new to succulents, so a new subscriber to your channel for planting and arrangement ideas. Thank you for sharing your beautiful work. Curious-are all your cuttings and rooted plants from your garden? 🤗🤗
thank you for subscribing and for watching❤️yes all the cuttings are from my garden and I air dry it for about 5 days before I put it in my arrangements😊 some rooted plants are from my leaves propagations and for bigger plants with roots most of them I bought from others👍
yes I use the same potting mix for indoor, but I only display my arrangements indoor for just a couple of days and I put it back again outside inder the sun❤️
