Hi Andrea! You have to scroll down to “help” and there is an option to report missing cash back. Then they email you wanting all the info, so I usually just send them a screenshot of my order email with Coach and they credit me. It’s a pain and it happens every time!
Is it heavy? Leather bags tend to get a lil heavier right? Pls advise cos I’ve been eyeing this, however, I can’t lift super heavy bag as my shoulders can’t handle it. Thanks in advance!
