Shampoo and condition hair well. Then use a leave in conditioner out of the shower and use hair gel or mousse after to style. If you don't want to use gel or mousse use a hair oil to seal leave in conditioner. Good luck

Yes caffeine reaches the skin, and messes with the water-stock of skin cells - that’s why u shd choose filter coffee over instant coffee. It is natural, not over-processed, and will not cause too much imbalance. Sugar in your coffee is actually good for skin (hygroscopic, so carries water with it to your skin), so don’t replace it with hard-to-digest jaggery or worse, artificial sweeteners..!
Depends on the reason for discolouration. (1) only due to friction - switch to pure cotton, no sleeveless, and use this as a scrub during bath - powdered oats + coarsely powdered granulated sugar + Milk powder (keep dry mix in a jar, in your bathroom). (2) discolouration due to harsh deodorants - am afraid only chemical peels will help :(
