Because the flaws are almost unnoticeable in the AI voices and they don't just die when there's a high note or voice effects (like reverb) like they usually do
It's kinda insane how well each character fits the respective artists on the song Plankton has Dan Reynold's rougher, more raspy vocal edge, Squidward matches Ty's resigned cadence perfectly, Spongebob just kinda sounds like Logic, Mr. Krabs has the Wayne jellyfish line, and Patrick and Wiz have similar laid back but still extremely distinct vibes. It's crazy how well this works.
These are just the best AI voices period, like they just sound like the VAs, the Jschlatt one could genuinely fucking trick me into thinking he made a real cover
The raw power and emotion coming from Sheldon's voice is amazing, like after a long rivalry with Eugene they finally stop competing for customers and decide to open up a bar/burger joint together.
As someone who has seen many and created many SpongeBob AI covers, this is literally one of the BEST I have ever seen! Every time I hear Plankton in ai covers all I can think about is Mr. Lawrence going on stage and sing the songs in the voice as the crowd goes crazy...(also this is one of my favorite ai covers for sure)

Why the heck is Plankton so good as the opener??? Is he secretly part of the band? Squidward sounding way better singing than he does on clarinet. Spongebob not hitting as hard, but god dang he sounds good. How are these dudes so good?? AI has really come far, and I am sure the late creator of Spongebob would be so happy to see all of these. This is hands down one of the best AI covers to come out of the genre. Plankton’s opening was phenomenal, was at the edge of my seat the first time I heard it.
