Anton is 100% correct, there is a blueprint and spiritually we always come back to that blueprint if or when we fall out of line as a kid. However, everyone can’t be saved, but a majority of the time we return to that blueprint and compare and modify based on what’s taking place in real life.

I loved my stepfather and took care of him in his decline. I appreciated the love and support he gave me. I still wanted a relationship with my biological father. In his end, his widow made decisions that drove more separation between me and him.

Respectfully, the disconnect is that Anton is grounded spiritually with his Christian beliefs and the others are probably "spiritual", which leaves room to tweak the guidelines set for us biblically, then complain about things "not working" or "being different today". That's why they see no issue tweaking everything of old that would still work today if the PARENTS were grounded and intentional. You have it backwards, one can be a Christian and not follow any of the spiritual teaching/word in scripture, but a spiritual person who walks with the teaching/word is spiritually developed based on the intentional actions and standard our Father set forth in the WORD, religion says “dont do”and allows for excuses for oneself with no self awareness (not actually doing the work), spirituality makes one have to do the work and be self aware consciously. Spirituality in the Bible states, one must be a doer more than a sayer, by being action oriented and intentional how one carries LOVE towards our Father and those around us.

As a skeptic, non-religious, I agree with Anton. I was raised with both religious parents, didn't dabble in one drug, didn't taste one glass of alcohol, no kids, more responsible....I don't believe in some spiritual generational curse, but I believe there are generational patterns of thinking or blueprints passed down(intentionally or subconsciously).
Anton answered the question of when he first traveled then Rico tried to deflect by saying not with your father but as a grown man 😐. Did all that just to try to prove himself to be correct. @15:00 a child getting a step parent in middle school is indeed old. The only way I’ve seen a step parent be able to bond as if they were the real parent is if the child has no actual memory of their biological parent nor memory of their mother being single in both situations the biological parent would be nowhere in sight.
Damn these people are in their feels, my grandma was strict to us growing up and always made sure we worked and always kept us busy and we hated it and saw it as abuse because we were used to easy living with having a helper with our mother, however now that we are grown we are grateful for her because we are now disciplined and know how to work with ethic and not to self indulge in foolery but we could only appreciate the hardship now because we are ripping the benefits of it.

Listening to these conversations, it is very transparent that people on the panel answer from how they feel personally. This is so educational because it just reminded me of the mindset of people I will encounter
The guy with the highlights validates what Anton speaks about. He didn’t even acknowledge his stepfather. He was a child, when he came in the home. He was taking care of him and still didn’t get any credit. Good grief!!! Single mothers should be punished for making poor decisions with having children out of wedlock. No need for a man with no children to do that!!!!
This is why kids need good fathers in their life. Listening to these women and these dudes with the exception of Mr. Daniels i can see why the culture needs to change.
