Suda51 does some of the craziest shit ever. Playing through Shadows of the Damned now that it's on backwards compatibility and loving it. No More Heroes is still my favorite series though.

Saying Suda51 has an insane idea is a bit redundant, especially for anyone who has seen or played at least one of his games. Just saying Suda51 had an idea for Mario already makes my mind go to the far reaches of madness and insanity.

His best game is still his most underground Flower Sun and Rain is amazing

I think Mario should have to save everyone instead of just Peach. Maybes greater threat takes all Mario's friends, Peach, Luigi, Toad, Yoshi, Daisy, etc. and him and Bowser are all that is left and have to work together and go to different worlds/areas like a road trip style, and save each person at each new place. As you acquire a new person, they can either help you in some way or you can play as them. Also, maybe Bowser might try to betray you along the way, but it backfires and you have to end up saving him, from the final boss or something. Just my raw thoughts here

I generally like the idea of Mario in a real world setting. I of course am hyped for Odyssey and wished Wacky World was finished and released.

The Nintendo implemented twist: Luigi got captured trying to rescue peach from bowsers dungeon, then bowser tries to run mario over with the bus but mario uses his newly acquired butterfly ability to stomp on the hood and make bowser fly out the window (because bad guys don't wear seatbelts) but safely lands on some nearby cushions. That has a trap door under them and he falls into scolding lava, tearing his flesh off and becoming dry bowser. Final boss battle ensues. Can buttermario save the day?
