Making Africa be dependent and rule through IMF, World bank and WTO in imposing rules on African economies continent wide. To make sure it happens US military bases and French Military bases are stationed in Various African countries. Pretty sure you know about the early assassinations and coups by CIA to make sure Every African countries comply or else. This is why your own history books dare not mention what the Europeans did during Colonial era. And make sure you don't hate the West.
